Who we are
A grassroots group of neighbors working for honest, common-sense leadership in Boonton.
Mark Wroebel is running for Boonton Town Council in Ward 1 because he believes local government should be simple: watch the taxpayers’ money, deliver the basics well, and listen to the people who live here.
A Ward 1 resident, Mark is running as a neighbor first — someone who shops on Main Street, drives the same roads, and pays the same tax bills as the people he wants to represent. As a Republican candidate, he brings a common-sense, fiscally conservative approach: keep Boonton affordable, keep it safe and well maintained, and keep Town Hall honest and open with the residents it serves.

A ward councilman works for his ward. Mark will answer the phone, walk the streets he represents, and bring Ward 1’s concerns to the dais — not the other way around.

Every dollar the town spends was earned by somebody in Boonton. Mark will treat the budget the way families treat their own: honestly, carefully, and with nothing hidden.

From Main Street to the Rockaway River, Boonton has a history and character worth protecting. Mark will stand up for what makes this town special while helping it grow the right way.
